About Us

Both of us are life-long central New Jersey residents. Kurt was born and raised in Hamilton, Luisa is a Hamilton transplant from Monroe Township in Middlesex county. We have lived in Hamilton since we married and our 2 children are in the public school system. When we got into real estate we realized there was a real need for the type of personalized, caring service we wanted to offer. People who are buying or selling a home are embarking on a journey that will end with one of the largest and most complicated transactions of their lives! That is no time to find out your agent is too busy to help with a problem or even return your phone calls. We knew we would set ourselves apart by going above and beyond what people would normally expect from a real estate agent. Whatever problem comes up, we'll fix it. We'll take the worry out of your deal. That's our promise.

Luisa's background began with sales positions as a teenager at the Englishtown Auction. She was a fixture for several years in the early 1980's at the bagel shop in one of the enclosed buildings, setting records for tips because of her terrific personality and the way she interacted with the customers. Through the years she held a few different jobs mostly in corporate America but generally found them unfulfilling. Her favorite job is being a mother to her children. She stayed home to raise her kids until the youngest went to school and then jumped back into the workforce doing her first love, sales, and she picked her favorite category, homes. Her personality, love of homes and caring nature have been a perfect blend creating an exceptionally loyal following of satisfied clients.

Kurt's story is quite a different path. His first job as a teenager was working at the old Modell's department store at the former state fair grounds in Hamilton. He then worked for a time at Silk's Pharmacy on Greenwood Avenue (where his mother, Rose worked for 30 years). Once out of school, he got a job at McGraw-Hill in Hightstown. His work ethic and ability to learn quickly led to many promotions and increases in responsibility. While still at McGraw-Hill, Kurt went for his real estate license to help out Luisa who at times needed assistance to be able to give her clients the best possible service. After many years however, he was caught in the outsourcing movement when his entire department's duties were sent offshore. At a crossroads, he decided to work full-time on real estate. Under Luisa's tutelage, he has learned the finer points of real estate and together, they now make a formidable team.

Luisa is a founding member and former President of the Mercer County Lodge of the Order Sons of Italy in America. She is also a professional crafter of soft sculpture figures and volunteers at her children's schools and with community programs. Besides that she speaks fluent Italian! Kurt is also a member of the Sons of Italy and a former board member. In his spare time, Kurt has coached a baseball team in the Hamilton PAL league for several years. When time permits he loves to hit the links in his favorite pastime, golf.
